| 0:34.6 | And the closer we get into samadhi, |
| 0:41.3 | the more patient we need to be. |
| 0:45.3 | Not patient because it's not going well, |
| 0:49.3 | but because it becomes more and more important |
| 0:53.3 | to simply set the course and to stay on the course as |
| 1:03.0 | stay on the course as if you're going to do this forever. |
| 1:16.6 | You're settling in and less and less orientation towards |
| 1:20.6 | accomplishing, doing anything, less and less orientation around having desires for something |
| 1:24.6 | or escape from something. |
| 1:29.0 | Less and less trying to make something happen. |
| 1:34.4 | And this way of practicing is useful all along to a certain degree, |
| 1:39.6 | but it becomes more and more important. |
| 1:42.1 | The quieter, stiller the mind becomes |
| 1:45.0 | because the slightest little desire, |
| 1:47.0 | slightest little pushing and wanting, |
