On this week's episode, we talked about acceptance and how, in order for us to begin to accept ourselves, to love ourselves, it's important for us to begin to allow those parts of us that we might not want to share with the world to be seen, to allow for them to be present, and allow for us to get to know them, to start to love every part of us,
