and we've come up with the theme of renewal. So this is a guided meditation for renewal.

Begin by getting comfortable and closing your eyes.

Let's take some deep breaths.

Breathing in life, sustaining energy, oxygen,

breathing in life, bringing renewal, nice deep breaths.

Feel your chest expand as you breathe. Let your belly relax and feel the breath moving into your

belly. Breathing in fresh energy that's renewing every cell, sustaining life,

relaxing into the exhalation of the breath. Letting go of anything that isn't needed.

The breath renews and the breath cleanses.

Now take a few more nice deep breaths.

Now you can allow the breath to return to normal, going on its own.

Just notice the easy effortless nature of breathing.

Notice the breath moving in and out.

Just letting the breath go how it goes. Not trying to change the rhythm.

Life is constantly renewing itself.

The energy of life brings constant change.

Our cells are being renewed. Every seven years we have a completely new body.

Emotions flow through.

New ones come up. We experience them and they fade away.

Thoughts come and go. Everything is new all the time. Even if it seems familiar,

it's new each time.
