This is a guided meditation for loneliness.

There can be many experiences that come with loneliness.

Usually there's a deep sadness, and in that sadness you may find there's a longing for connection.

You could also feel anxious if you're not feeling connected with others.

The feeling of loneliness is amplified if we feel that there's something wrong with our current situation.

Or if we feel that we should not feel lonely.

Remember that loneliness is a reflection of your capacity for connection,

and a normal human experience.

In fact, you could think of loneliness as the doorway to connection.

In this meditation, I'll be encouraging you to go fully into whatever it is that you're experiencing.

It's an opportunity to relax into the feeling, embrace the feeling,

and then find your capacity for connection within it.
