| 2:21.0 | I know the thoughts are a hurricane inside your head. |
| 2:27.0 | I know your body is tight and in pain. |
| 2:35.0 | I know you're feeling scared and out of control. |

| 2:55.0 | This moment will pass. This panic attack will pass. |
| 3:00.0 | Just listen to my voice. You're not alone. Oh, Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. |

| 3:46.8 | As your breath moves in and out. Take a moment to consciously slow down your breathing. Just little by little. |
