| 0:24.6 | to assume a meditation posture that is supportive for you |
| 0:33.6 | to feel embodied, an embodied connection to here and now. |
| 0:42.9 | It's not so much that you're going to use your mind |
| 0:47.9 | to direct yourself to be here now, |
| 0:55.0 | but to start with the body. |
| 1:03.0 | And when you're careful with your posture, |
| 1:08.0 | this is the beginning of coming into the present with your body, |
| 1:19.6 | as if your body is the very foundation, the beginning, the source for being here and now. |

| 1:43.7 | sideways and even forward and back, as a way of finding a bitpoint for your sitting bones, |

| 2:05.6 | to adjust your, to a little bit rock back and forth, to adjust your shoulder blades. So there's a little bit more down your back, your back. So they're a little bit more down your back. |

| 2:28.7 | but bringing in the spine between the shoulder blades. And there's an art to closing your eyes. |
