And as we come here and begin our meditation,

one of the very valuable approaches to meditation is to when you begin to do so deliberately,

The Buddha said that to see things as they are in this world

wider world, it's as valuable to clear the eyes in meditation as it is to get a good

So in the same way for samadhi to see things as they are,
