I'm your host, Gene McCarthy. You may know me from the blog Unpickled, where I have been telling my story over seven years since my very first day of sobriety.

I tell my stories there, and I invite you to share your story here.

And on the show today is Kelly Kidley, a psychotherapist and a woman in recovery who's committed to making a difference.

Kelly's mission is to break the silence and stigma of mental health and addiction and to

provide hope for those who struggle.
