And what a story we have today. I met this lovely spark plug of a woman at a meetup that I went

to a few years back, and she was just taking her first baby steps into recovery.

And we stayed in touch over our online group,

and I watched this lovely soul go in and out and in and out

and struggle and be frustrated and be mad,

and finally get it and that's the story that you're going to hear today this is my friend jan and she is on the line now hi jan hi jean

but, you know, the first impression I had when we met,
