So Luis Pedro Zelaya, who owns the Bay of Vista Mill and Farm, and Coffee House, the Coffee House is the newest of the bunch.

He's bringing baristas from all over the world to work with his people at his cafe to just kind of share ideas, share information on the barista end. And then on our end, we get to do awesome things like go to farms, go to Mills. Stay at his house. Stay at his house. He's putting us up in this sweet pad. I guess it's like an apartment. Yeah, you'd probably call it a flat over, you know. It's a little two-bedroom.

The base level for us is on the second story, and then we have like an ultra loft on the roof. On the roof. It's fantastic. It's pretty bad to the bone. Surrounded by a couple of volcanoes. It's a really beautiful little city. Cobblestone all over the place. It's really, really old school.

And it's kind of like a mix of expats, locals, and a lot of, I guess, just like extended vacationers from all over the world.
