So in fact, after our land market episode at Up the Astas last week,

I took basically what happened was we've gone there to test the temperature of the nation,

and it was a powerful episode that I believe will go down in podcasting folklore.

But the bonus was, after we've finished, I thought, fuck it, I'm in now,

I might as well go inside and buy some things.

As I've said on the podcast there,

world food section is second to none.

It really is, I mean, in turn, I don't think any supermarket,

even a pasta run like weight shows has foods quite as exotic as the large astas do.

They really go the extra mile when it comes to world foods.

Anyway, that aside, they also have the widest range of non-alcohol beverages.

Guinness Zero is surprisingly hard to source.

So I went in there, and I had an idea of one.
