brand new by the way. Congratulations. This guy did 93 million dollars in productions last year with his team.

Now he owns a brokerage and he coaches for us.

And I thought what we would do today, Doug, because you seem to cover a lot of ground,

acts and what are you focusing on in Q4 and Q1 of next year? So Doug maybe for the person

Who are you?

How long you been in the business and how did you get to this point?

Great, so 14 years in the business and got in the business really with kind of a weird story.

Influence in high school from a friend's dad who became like a second dad taught me how

a swing of hammer, taught me how to get the $7, $8 an hour work,

had some influence, decided I wanted to flip a house

when I turned 18.

So Grandma, co-sign, mom and dad help with credit cards, and then next thing you know,

it's just like the family decided let's get into real estate. I was 18, so of course mom and dad.

Don't worry mom and dad, like they made everything for me, made it happen, but it's just turned into so much over the

years and it started with just really acting like the mailman turn right turn right

turn right looking for for cell owners yeah and that was our whole structure that's how we

started and it just continued to grow and grow and grow we got to a point we're
