Farah, I'm going to start with you.

Excellent.

Seeing as the place of biscuits and popcorn is next to you, which you're not going to eat.

Looks so appetising. Biscuits and popcorn together. Not okay for the people listening to this.

Certainly we're not going to have you chomping just yet. But you're concerned about the danger of group think. Talk to us about that.

Yeah, you know, it's something that I've been thinking a lot about recently. And, well, it's actually something that has started.

I was talking to someone about this.

So in the last 18 months, perhaps, most of my life I have always been just Fara, just doing my thing.

I am what I am.

I'm a journalist.

And I've noticed increasingly in the last 18 months, whenever I'm doing a talk or a panel,

the question that I will always get is talk to us about the prejudices or the oppression that

you have felt as a woman and as a woman of colour. And it eats something that I've never had,

I've never had this question before and I always answer it as truthfully as I can.
