So now sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the density of your body.

Feel the weight of your body as it sits on the chair.

Bring your attention to your feet and feel the contact they make with the floor.

During this meditation we'll have our awareness on our body, especially the lower part of our body and our connection with the earth.

If at any time the mind wanders, it doesn't matter.
