So in my area in San Diego, I do not have a lot of water.

It doesn't fall too much from the sky, so I do my best to capture and reuse as much as I can.

So let's first talk about some of the easiest and lowest lift things you can do to make better

use of water on your homestead property. The very first thing would be to just

utilize simple gray water systems. I say simple meaning not even any install. I know people who will just take the drain out of their

sink and they'll put a buck up beneath it and then they'll just use that. Maybe it's an outdoor

sink, they'll do that even in the kitchen if you get more extreme.

Now the one thing I will caution is that kitchen wastewater is actually not
