Let's all go to Acts chapter 4. In previous lessons and parts, we saw how that the church began. And on the day of Pentecost, the Spirit of God fell.

They were all, came down speaking in tongues, and Peter preached, and thousands were saved.

And then we saw the lame man at the gate called Beautiful, was healed supernaturally,

raised up, and the council called the apostles, and threatened them,

commanded them not to teach or preach anymore in the name of Jesus and beat them.

And they went back to their own company and prayed, but they didn't pray, God, don't let us

get beat anymore.

They said, God, help us to preach this with all boldness.

We're not going to stop.

Help us to preach it louder and bolder. And're not going to stop. Help us to preach it louder and bolder.

And Lord, what's some more of these miracles?

Oh, they like these miracles.

Give us some more.

Stretch forth your hand.

This signs and wonders.

And in verse 33, chapter 4 and 33, we see an overview of the church at this time says,

and with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,

and great grace was upon them all.
