| 1:50.0 | But you may find after you do that, and we get into the meditation that you want to open your eyes. And that's okay too. |
| 1:57.0 | So beginning by taking the first of three purposeful breaths in and out, maybe you want to do it in through your nose and out through your mouth. |
| 2:08.0 | Maybe you want to do it all in your nose or all in your mouth. You choose. But starting now with those three purposeful breaths in and out. |
| 2:38.0 | So next, what I invite you to do is take a look around the space that you find yourself in right now. |
| 2:58.0 | And look around and find things that you can have gratitude or appreciation for. And actually say full sentences silently in your mind. |
| 3:15.0 | Like I appreciate the way the sun is coming through the window right now. |
| 3:23.0 | Or I have gratitude for the sound of my dog's snore as he lays in the bed. And just looking around the space. And I'm going to be quiet for a good minute and a half. |
