What an absolute wild weekend in football.

How great is football season, huh?

How greatest football season?

Even when you only go one and three on your picks,

I didn't think that Trey Lance would be out this week,

but I said there was no way he was going to be able to stay on the field

and I said you better keep Jimmy Garopolo

warmed up in the bullpen.

Because it's only a matter of time.

I think the 49ers are a much better football team today than they were yesterday and I don't want to see anybody get hurt.

I don't root for people who get hurt.

It's not my MO. I never have.

Even players that I don't care for, I don't want to see get hurt.

Betray Lance is out for the rest of the year and Jimmy Garoppel Louis and quarterback and in my opinion the 49ers just became a real Super Bowl threat. They became a better football team.

I don't know if you read Mike Silver's story in the Chronicle yesterday, but Mike pretty much said what I've been saying. There are several

players in the L

that understand that they're a better football team today.

And it's nothing against Lance, it's just sports.
