reporting.

Georgia Case presents unique challenges for Trump and prosecutors.

Subhead Rico charges a Ford prosecutors' opportunity to present to jury a sweeping narrative

In the detail, the case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Wallace centers

on allegations that Mr. Trump, along with 18 others, participated in a criminal enterprise

to change the 2020 presidential election in his favor in violation of the state's anti-racadtering

law.

Rico was a law that was first passed federally in 1971 and it stands for the Racketeer

Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act and it's obviously a tongue-in-cheeky kind of
