I've relied on your intuition about the Republican Party for decades. That's how long

A bounty of governors up there. So let us speak to, in general, governors and the presidency.

as well as vice president, Mr. Bergham, Mr. Hutchinson, all the governors.

John. And I think I spent about 22 of those conversing with you because we first met right after 9-11.

Thank you. So governors. So historically, Republicans love them some governors.

Ronald Reagan, of course, a former governor. He gets a nomination in 1980, George W. Bush, a sitting governor in 2000.

Mitt Romney, a former governor in 2012. So if there are governors or attractive Republicans like executives and also John,

it's an easy message I'll do for America, but I do for my state. But here's the challenge.

John, types of change in the Republican Party. And it's very hard for governors to run simply that way.

If you watch that debate, you may have noticed one thing that stood out, absent Donald Trump's presence.
