Hey, best ever listener is welcome back to Unlimited Capital with Richard McGur. So a lot of people don't know this. Well, nobody knows this because I've never said it on air. But the name Unlimited Capital, where it came from was a very well-known marketing podcast that was called Perpetual Traffic. It's a very long-established, like, ad-buying show. It's been about Facebook ads. It's been about

0:22.8

PPC. It's been around there for a long time. It's a top 1% podcast in the world. One of the

0:27.5

co-hosts for a long time was a guy named Kossum Oslam. And he sold his agency, Solutions

0:34.9

8. Well, I was listening to the show for a very good outcome, eight figures, and his co-host asked, what are you going to do next? And he said, I want to get into real estate syndications. And that was about three years ago. And so fast forward today, when I was, or not today, about eight months ago when I started being a host on this show. My producer, Spencer, when we were first starting up

0:56.3

the concept of the show, number one,

0:57.7

I really liked the name Perpetual Traffic

1:00.4

because it's like the outcome is right there in the show.

1:03.4

And so the name Unlimited Capital was actually pretty directly,

1:07.2

even though I'm not the one who came up with Unlimited Capital,

1:10.2

Matt Faircloth was,

1:11.7

but you can tell unlimited capital perpetual traffic very much kind of named after that show.

1:17.6

And when you combine that with the fact that the guy said he wanted to go into syndications,

1:22.6

Spencer said, who do you want on the show? And one of the only names that I ever mentioned at the time

1:26.4

was like, I want to talk to Kossumazum because he's like one of the best marketers in the game from the biggest marketing podcast and apparently been off the grid a little bit, but is doing real estate syndications now. And I said, I want to know what happened. And so you're never going to believe it. But like two weeks ago, Spencer texted me and he said, I got him. Kossom is coming on the show.

1:44.8

And so without further ado, here is my interview with Kossam Oslam, formerly of the Perpetual Traffic podcast, and currently at a offshore talent agency and also the owner of syndications.com.

2:00.7

So I hope you guys enjoy this. I Kossum, welcome to Unlimited Capital. Richard, thanks for having me. Appreciate you a lot. Yeah. So, I mean, it's really a honor to have you on the show. I would also tell you very directly that the name of the show Unlimited Capital is a direct homage to perpetual traffic when I was naming

2:18.4

the show because it's a great name. I mean, like as soon as back when I was studying ads,

2:23.2

you read it and you're like, I want perpetual traffic. Yeah. That's an outcome. Can I tell you

2:27.7

the story of the name? Yeah. I didn't know this. It was Perry Belcher. Perry Belcher coined the term

2:33.2

perpetual traffic while he was still

2:35.1

a partner at digital marketer. And perpetual traffic went to Ryan Dice, which then went to Ralph Burns.

2:41.0

And so it's been like bought and sold half dozen times. And I think Ralph's about to take it out back
