Summary

Ever since having Matix, my whole world has been flipped upside down when it comes to my fitness and nutrition and it got me thinking about my nutrition journey specifically. From college to competing to intuitive eating, I've been through the wringer when it comes to tracking macros meticulously and now, I don't really give a shit. I mean, I still give a shit don't get me wrong but it's different. I want to share with you what I've been doing now and how I said goodbye to macros.
