but I'm so excited because today we're going to talk about goals. I'm going to teach you guys a system

that I use to reach and set my goals and then the strategy to actually follow through with it.

I love setting goals.

I love the journey of reaching a goal.

I feel like it is so much fun.

What I've learned also over the last year is that the journey is the best part when you set a goal,

when you like go to accomplish something.

And the accomplishment's great, but usually the highs, all of the big moments are when you're on track to reach them. I want to kick

Now, 2025 was one of the craziest years of my life. Oh, wait, also, I'm sorry that I took a

hiatus. Very random. I had a hard, I had some things going on in my life that I didn't have any

control over and that I couldn't pre-predict, if that

makes sense. And it was a lot with the holidays. But I'm back now and I'm really excited to just

go over goal setting and jumping back in. And I love you guys. And on that note, things are

going to happen in your life. We're all human. It's literally just a part of a human experience.

And my best advice whenever you're going through a hard time is to put one foot in front of the other, even if you can only take one step, you will slowly, one step's going to

get you closer to getting through it, opposed to nothing. So however you can show up in whatever

way, even if you have to take a step back from things,
