Welcome back. It's Eric Erickson here across the nation. It is Good Friday and avoiding politics as usual this good Friday. I am joined by Dr. Guy Richard. He is the president and an associate professor of systematic theology at Reform Theological Seminary in Atlanta where at some point I'm going to get back to classes. And he's also, this will make many of you happy, an Auburn grad.

So, you know, my 15-year-old, Auburn apparently has an excellent architectural school,

and he is starting to wonder if he should go to Auburn for architecture,

I was an engineering graduate myself, so I was not part of the architecture school,

but they do have a good reputation there as well.

because this is one of the things that's always impressed me taking classes at RTS in Atlanta,

is that the caliber of faculty who came into ministry in somewhat non-traditional routes, I guess,

I should say. And so you've got, went the engineering route at

Auburn, and yet here you are the president of RTS in Atlanta.

Yeah, I was kind of a late bloomer, I guess you'd say. I did engineering work for a number of

years after graduating with a degree in industrial engineering. I went to work for Westinghouse, who's actually no longer

in business. They ended up selling off their, all of their business units of different companies.

I think Eaton Corporation ended up buying the business unit that I worked with, but I worked with

them for a number of years. And the Lord kind of used just my experience in business and experience
