Good evening. This is John Bachelor. The show begins tonight in the markets. I speak with

Liz Peek. The expectation is that the Federal Reserve after the election will continue

to reduce the interest rates, the cost of money.

There was talk, there is talk at a half a point in November.

Liz says that is very unlikely given the metrics that are coming from the

healthy economy. There is one red flag though. It has to do with car loans. Liz

talked about it last week and she repeated it. It's everywhere.

Car loans are the last thing people give up and the car loans are collapsing.

The repossession is accelerating and so that is an indication that people who live

from paycheck to paycheck to or struggling with this economy. Then we speak of fracking and Pennsylvania in the

election, critical to understand Western Pennsylvania is dominated by the prosperity of natural gas fracking.

And the question between the two candidates comes down to who do we trust to continue the prosperity?

There are doubts about Vice President Harris

who has spoken against fracking and against fossil fuel

for many, many years. That is a concern for the Harris camp and for the

Trump camp because the winner of Pennsylvania is the president in 2025.

To Judy Dempsey in Berlin, the rise of a new populist right-wing party in Austria.

It's called the Freedom Party, FPO, led by a man named Kickle, Herbert Kickle.

Judy tells me that they openly boast of their Nazi relations or Nazi connections, Hitlerites. They also have been caught

over the years in open conversation favoring Russia. A very odd group but now

commands the largest percentage in the parliamentary elections in Austria, in Vienna,

and can they form a government unknown, but it matches the rise of sp splinter right-wing populist parties in Germany, in Italy,
