so excited to be back with you for another month. So I hope wherever you're listening to

this that you're doing okay. We're living in very uncertain times. It's a lot to bear

witness to and it can leave us feeling helpless. I've found the last few months pretty tough

and especially recently. After the holidays, which honestly feel like a distant memory

now, I assumed that I'd be ready to go at full speed when work started again in January,

but that is not exactly what happened. I just couldn't shake this underlying tiredness.

I felt a little disappointed with myself. I've talked about this before but I am a doer.

So much so that my husband sometimes calls me Robotina. I was really resisting the tiredness

and I was chatting to a good friend about this and she said to me, I think you should

give yourself a pat on the back for actually getting to where you are now. There's a

reason you're tired. Look at what has happened in the past two years. Look at what's happening

in the world right now. It's a lot and you barely stopped. I really let those words sink

in. I allowed myself to get curious about why I was feeling the way that I was. Inocuriosity

is a quality and meditation that is really encouraged. This sense of taking a beginner's

mind. So when my practice, I gave myself space to really feel the tiredness. Not so that
