So many agents believe that if they’re not famous on social that their marketing isn’t working. But that mindset makes it very difficult to use social media in the right way. Just look at Long Beach, CA’s Paige Fingerhut Charnick, who has 2,000 Instagram followers who all know, like, and trust her. She’s managed to build this following by what she calls, “Going back to the basics.” But “basics” for Paige are a lot different than they would be for many agents out there. 1:28.0	business, where you do business, et cetera. Yeah, absolutely. So I'm based in Long Beach,
1:33.6	California and I actually am very focused on probate real estate which is a large piece of my
1:40.3	business but I've been adding in social media and getting more and more of my sphere business
1:46.9	and agent agent referrals from social media. So I'm actually starting to blend all of that
1:52.4	together but I do probate sales in Southern California is really the bottom line. So yeah.
