Hello once again my friends welcome back to the morning mindset. I hope you are ready

to get your mind aligned with the truth of God. I want to say hello to many of you who

are listening from different countries around the world with people in Brazil who are listening

people in Greenland, people in Australia, in Indonesia, in Chad, in Kut, Ivor, I don't

even know how to pronounce it. It's in French, it looks like, but it's in Western Africa.

Thank you so much for listening to the morning mindset. It's wonderful to know that people

all over the world are being blessed by the Word of God, being proclaimed. Alright, we're

diving into Acts chapter 14 today. This is a continuation of the story we've been hearing

of what you might call the missionary journeys of Paul the Apostle and his friend Barnabas

as they traveled around the areas of what we know as Greece and Turkey and those areas.

And here they are in a city called Iconium and they gathered together as is their custom

in the Jewish synagogue which was the the Jews church so to speak and began telling people

about Jesus while they are there. Let's begin reading in chapter 14 verse number one.

Now at Iconium they entered together into the Jewish synagogue and spoke in such a way

that a great number of both Jews and Greeks believed. Now what is their believing? Their

believing that Jesus is the promised Messiah that he's God in the flesh who's come to save

people from their sin. Alright, continuing on in verse two. But the unbelieving Jews

stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. So they remained

for a long time speaking boldly for the Lord who bore witness to the word of His grace,

granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands. But the people of the city were

divided, some sided with the Jews and some with the Apostles. When an attempt was made
