All right, let's get started with our prayer request this morning.

Lord, we begin by lifting up a request to you from our sister, Faith, who is hurting

terribly because of her son being murdered by his roommate, Father.

I just can't even imagine what a painful thing this is and what a

kind of an out of a blue thing this has got to be just coming into their lives so unexpected.

Oh, Lord, we ask it you, will bring your amazing comfort and strength to her in ways that are so

powerful so that he will know and feel your great love for her.

Father, please bring healing to her heart and the rest of the family, Lord,

help them to depend on you to get through this pain.

And Kay asks especially that she would not go back to drinking.

Lord, we also ask that you'll bring her godly friends who will love her as you do and who will point her to

your truth and your heart for her. Lord, please heal her mind, her body, and her soul as she seeks to

move on in her life by trusting you. Lord, we ask that you will also protect her from the enemy who will

so powerfully and deceptively

try to defeat her. We ask you to preserve her and protect her in Jesus' name.

Lord, we have an anonymous request. A woman from Canada is praying that you will provide a new

job for her, one that will help with her career,

that will bring more stability to her financially.
