successful human being and an expert coach. And so I want to start out talking about just fitness

know about you? What is your career about? Yeah. So I really just kind of through my own journey,

I want to teach people about their body. And so that with a couple different avenues, but really with what I call

nutritional therapy. So I became a nutritional therapy practitioner two and a half years ago,

and that's been a huge piece of my practice now, especially working with athletes and people that are in
