purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. So I'm doing this

care less about device meaning the quality of the devices we use and more I care about what I'm saying and if it's honest.

And I think part of being honest is working in a way that's honest to me and I've just never had an office

I'm always out and about I'm remote so this feels honest because I believe that when

you put yourself in a state or environment that is your truth,

then what comes out is going to be more potent, like you're going to see the ripple effect, right?

Thanksgiving is coming up and and I thought I would do an exercise with you. So the thing about, I think

I think it could just turn into a checklist and we're going through the motions
