grateful for. And not so much the big things, which we are always thankful for our health,

for our families, for having work we enjoy, but the little things, because, you know, people who do

start gratitude practices find that if you're going to write down three things you're grateful for

every day, it can always be your health, your family, your career, whatever it is that you enjoy.
