In today's episode I have two friends here with me and they both happen to be named McKenzie.

I'm chatting with McKenzie Wilson and McKenzie Baker, the founders of Delight Ministries.

This is actually their second time on a show but I love them so much I just knew we had to have them back.

Delight is a nationwide ministry that invites college women into Christ-centered community that fosters vulnerability and transforms stories.

I love the work that they do and actually they have two new ventures to go along with Delight.

One's called for the girl and the other one is called the tent but we'll talk more about those in this episode.

In speaking of this episode I get messages all the time from women who are wanting to step into leadership.

For some of them it's within their church. They want to work in college ministry or women's ministry or children's ministry.

For others they feel like God has given them a heart for women and a story to share and they're trying to figure out what to do with that.

I found that so many of us have asked the same questions.

We're wondering what do I do next? How do I get started? Am I ready for leadership? Am I being called the leadership? How do I know?

And so today that's what we're talking about.
