what's important for that person out there that takes that leap, yes, they first have to decide

are they a technician having an entrepreneurial seizure, as Michael Gerber says it.

But more importantly, you want to take that leap because you want that independence.

But if you're not a true entrepreneur, you need to come to terms with that and there's actually

I'm never going to build a hundred-person organization, but I'm going to be free. And so I love

the industry you're in because these are the two examples I always use. The first one is if you're a handy person and you want to be free, go become a handy man or a woman charged $60 an hour.

You'll make a six-figure income.

If you do good work, you'll be referred like crazy and you'll be busy.

You'll never have to market again for 20 years.
