because I wanted to do a little bit of a contrast today from the episode that was just released

on Thursday. And I recorded the episode

on Thursday for those of you that are feeling a little bit overwhelmed by this time of the year,

whether it's feeling like society is imposing this view or even yourself imposing this like

pressure to, you know, finish the year strong and be really clear on

what 2025 looks like for you and have your goals locked in and like if you're feeling that

pressure and it doesn't feel like it's supportive, I wanted to record that episode to really

give you a permission slip to give to yourself that you could choose to finish the year however

you see fit. And, you know, I gave a lot of examples

in that episode that sometimes there are different circumstances that you're navigating where it

actually feels like it's so overwhelming. And honestly, you don't have the capacity to think about
