times I've used breathing exercises to really reduce severe anxiety also just on a daily basis just for maintenance to feel calm to feel relaxed to use it as a meditative practice for well-being I don't know where I'd be

without breathing practices. I agree it's something that so many take for

granted that you know the breath the inhalation the exhalation but as soon as you start working with your breath

No matter what technique your life will change and things will get better so quickly.
