Welcome back to the Deeper than Money podcast. Today we're going to be talking about two things that happened recently that kind of blew my mind and really open my eyes to, I think, a big problem that's happening to a lot of millennials right now. So, all right, these are the two things that happen.

The first one is I had a client recently who quit their job.

And for some reason, this was such an aha moment for me because one of the biggest reasons

she had not quit her job was because of finances.

She needed the paycheck. She was relying on that paycheck so she couldn't quit the job.

Then she got all of her finances figured out. Everything was just blowing up for her. Bada bang,

bada boom. And then she had the choice. She felt like, you always have a choice, you know,

but she felt like for the first time, I have a choice. Do I choose to work here or do I choose

to quit and go work somewhere else? And she quit her job.

That was mind-blowing to me. The second thing that happened, similar situation, I had a client who
