market. Now, before we jump into this, the first thing that you got to just understand about,

you know, when you want to get your

first deal, especially if it's going to be in 30 days, is why? Why do you even want to get a deal?

I can tell you for me, it drastically changed my life. You know, I was a broke minor league baseball

player over a decade ago. Let's make it $1,200 a month. And one real estate deal changed the trajectory

of my entire future. I went from making almost no money as a baseball player to flipping

couches and making a little bit of money to then eventually figuring out how to do that very first

real estate deal. And it made me $25,000. And that $25,000 on that

house flip was absolutely life-changing. And since then, it led to everything I just said. It led to a

decade of making a ton of money flipping houses, of wholesaling, doing hundreds of deals. It led to

channel. There's no way I'd be on YouTube and anyone would be listening to me unless I got

that first deal. That first deal is what led to the future that I have today. And I know that
