Hey everyone, how's it going? I hope you're all having an awesome week. I'm at home right now. I'm just

packing my case. I'm heading up north this afternoon. I'm driving three and a half hours up to Leeds

when I'm going to be delivering a talk tomorrow. And I've just been going over some notes for the

talk and some of my thoughts and how I want to deliver the talk,

how I want to share my message. So I just thought that I would share a few of my ideas

with you all on the power hour. So first up, it's June. I'm not really sure how that

happened, but it's June already. So I started this podcast. It went live in November. So it's

June now. And at the start of the year, you know, a lot of

people, you know, talk a lot about things to do with self development, self-improvement, you know,

like going after your goals reaching your full potential, whether that's, you know, whatever it is you

want. And at the start of the year, I feel like lots of people are open to that message because they're like, yes, it's the start

of a new year, 2019, what do I want to do? What do I want to achieve? What's on my list of goals?

Blah, blah, blah. That's awesome. But it was also dark and cold and winter. So, you know,

the power hour getting up at 536 is a difficult thing to do. Right now, we are six months into the year.

I want you to think about some of the things at the start of the year that you wanted to do,

that you wanted to achieve, that you wanted to, I don't know, and how's it going so far? Have you,

Have you, I don't know, got distracted with something else that's kind of more exciting now?

Have you collaborated with somebody and shared your ideas with them? Have you just written maybe a plan, but you haven't actually started the plan yet? Like, just be reflective and think back to
