I'm a writer for the athletic.

I'm sitting right next to my colleague, Jordan Bianchi, also a writer for the athletic.

We are at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

We are outside in Victory Lane that is now abandoned.

There is green and gold confetti all around for the Quaker State 400 colors and empty cans and assorted trash.

And people are cleaning up pit road.

The haulers are leaving, honking in the background.

And we were just treated to quite an exciting race.

Wow, that was something, huh?

I have a really important question for you.

Okay.

If you were going to confront me, would it be at a food line or would be somewhere else?

No, I wouldn't wait until the food line.

I don't know why you have to wait to the food line to confront somebody.

I don't know.

Eric Amarola apparently is shopping for Smithfield bacon, and I guess he figures that

Ross Chastain's going to be there for water. I guess they run into Ross. We ran into Ross Chastain at the

grocery store one time. Yeah, it was Target. Yeah, it was Target. So maybe they, maybe. He was buying

almond milk. Chastain's M.O. must be no one. Like, he hangs out at grocery stores and the growing list of drivers angry Adam, which added another one today, and then rekindled feuds with Hamlin and Truex.
