president of the American Psychological Association and also a clinical psychologist, Dr. Deborah

Kawahar joining us today to talk about what I think both of us collectively agree, and this is her area of

expertise, is the geopolitical climate and the impact of our impact on mental health. So welcome,

For our listeners, this time I'm going to go in more organized fashion.

And I wanted to prepare with, this is a very relevant topic and something that I encounter in, you know, private clinical practice. And clinical practice. And I think it's, it's something

that is needed, needs to be addressed. So I'm just going to, I have a few questions for Dr.

Carl Howard. So I will begin. So first one is, I guess in the climate where social and political
