And when we get started, we'll be picking up in Genesis chapter 6, verse 5.

As weird as that seems, as a stopping point, because we lumped in some giants as

repayment for people sitting

through genealogies last time.

So by way of sort of quick review, and reviews could be relatively quick here because we're

dealing with these stories that are kind of separate.

So we went through last time the genealogies from Cain to Lamec and then from Seth to Noah.

So we're now in the days of Noah.

And we finished up with Genesis 6-1 through 4 talking about the sons of God and the

daughters of men and giants and that fun stuff that was the beginning we're going to get

some more here when we pick up in verse 5 of setting the stage of what the world had become like

in the days of Noah and then the actions that God is going to take, spoilers, water.

That's in order to remedy that situation.

So that's said.

I mean, I don't want to go through all the giant stuff again.

So that's probably sufficient recap, I think,

because we're really sort of at the beginning of Noah's story still.
