because I give Matt, who is Powder 7's head of marketing,

and Jonathan, their customer service manager, an early season ski gear quiz.

So Jonathan and Matt are in the hot seat for this one, and we dive into which skis,

boots, and overall gear they are most excited about the season and why.

We also issue some awards, talk about the best and worst top sheets, and a whole lot more. Then we dive into a discussion about one very compelling

program that Powder 7 offers, and this is under their model of being a circular business,

and I am always impressed by their extensive trade in program

for both people shopping in store and online. So we talk all about it and all the environmental,

economic, and social benefits to this program are discussed here in this episode. Matt and Jonathan are both awesome guys with a lot of

time on snow and knowledge about gear, but they also come at it from the perspective of working

in a shop, especially Jonathan, whose role is centered around an excellent customer experience.

ski recycling program is an important part of growing the sport that we love while reducing impact.
