John Torio was finally exactly where he wanted to be.

With his uncle, Big Jim Colosimo, out of the way,

his business expanding across the south side of the city and into the suburbs,

and his trustworthy young right-hand man al capone at his side he was ready to start dividing up the chicago area into territories

with all the various gangs that existed in the city eager to jump into the liquor business

torio knew it would be impossible to keep the peace without a

plan. Almost from the moment that Big Jim's bullet-ridden body was found in the doorway of his cafe,

Torio had been plotting and planning and his grand plan was ready at last. Now all he had to do was to get

the gang leaders to agree to it.

But with all the various characters, killers, and colorful whack jobs that made up the gangs of

Chicago, he knew that would be no easy task.
