10 junk miles explained. Welcome to 10 junk miles. Seven years after this show started

0:07.3

I decided I should drop a mission statement of sorts into the feed episode one and the

0:12.0

Facebook page in an effort to explain the show. This message comes to you from 2022 from

0:17.4

my basement in Chicago after seven years of podcasting. I'm certainly not a professional

0:22.7

podcaster or a media person and this entire thing kind of happened by accidents. I notice

0:28.4

that there are people who don't have anyone to run, jog, hike, or adventure with. These

0:33.4

1:29.4

These may be fast people, famous, notorious, or just ordinary people that interest me for

1:34.2

some reason and that I think might interest you. My hope is that these discussions of their

1:39.0

successes and failures, their hopes and fears, will help you to find your own goals less

1:43.8

daunting. I hope these people inspire you to find longer distances more accessible and

1:48.6

training less sucky. I want these discussions to push you off that cliff to do your first

x, y, or z. This goes for non-running goals as well. Whether you want to get out of a bad
