Hey, the virtue nightmare will freak you out because sometimes they just feel so real.

And even if they don't, they could just make you start to like, man, could this actually happen?

Bershow listeners, if this has ever happened to you or somebody you know, where

it's a couple, they have kids. One of the people in their relationship take the kids and go

somewhere. So the other person's left at home to enjoy the peace and quiet of being alone. And then

when the parent with the kids comes back, the person who was left in the solitude is like, yeah,

I like this better. I'm going to go. That was the nightmare. I'm not even kidding you. So my husband

who is crushing it as a stay at home dad, I could tell he needed a break, right? It's a lot of work

and it's 24 seven. When you have a child, I know you were thinking like, duh, Kristen, how did you

not know that it's different to live it than it is to think it? And I could just tell he needed,

a breather, he needed a break, he needed some bark time. And in order for him to have bark time,

because I know he's not going to go somewhere and do something on his own. That's not his MO.

So I was going to take Jimmy our one and a half year old and we were going to fly to see a friend,

a whole whopping 55 minutes away, but it was still our first flight nonetheless. So we headed to

Raleigh for a couple of days to stay with a friend and just let him have some downtime. And it wasn't

the first night I was there, but it was the second night I was there. And we were crushing the visit,

the flight had gone great. Bart set home with the dogs, just doing whatever he's doing. I didn't

even ask. I was like, I'm not giving you a to do list. Like if you literally want to sit here

and do absolutely nothing, that is a okay with me, because this is going to be your time. This is

your self-care, whatever you need to replenish and to re-energize. That's what I want you to do,

right? Whatever makes your heart happy. And so we, you know, we're texting at night. And then in

the morning, we do a quick facetime so he could see Jimmy. But the second night as I'm going to sleep,
