Your mom passes away and shortly after that, while you're going through her apartment or

her house or whatever, you find her diary.

The open it up and read it as curiosity, get the best of you or are you strong enough

to say I am not touching that thing.

It's weird because having lost my dad, like I wish there was like I don't even know

what I would find out, but like I long for conversations about like his youth and his

time and the military and I wish I had more stories and more conversations about and I

have some of those, but I feel like I yearn for more and now that he's gone.

So after that person is along with you, it'd be like having a conversation with them

without having a physical conversation with them.

And that's what I would want to replace and miss.

But then there's a part of me that's like I don't want to infringe on their privacy because

I wouldn't want somebody reading my diary or journal.
