Summary
In this candid, wide-ranging conversation, Gabby sits down with biohacker and author Ben Greenfield to explore what it really takes to live strong, grounded, and connected in today’s comfort-driven world. From building a 100-page family constitution and raising twin sons with purpose to experimenting with stem cells, plasma therapy, and cold exposure, Ben shares the rituals, science, and mindset behind his “warrior to wizard” evolution. They unpack everything from travel-proof fitness and daily mobility to faith, family, and the fine line between optimizing and overdoing it.
It’s a deep dive into high performance, parenting, and human potential—anchored by one simple truth: real resilience starts at home.

Because, you know, you can hang from gravity boots and from an inversion table, but like something about moving your upper body. Yeah. Gracefully. I don't know how graceful mine was. If someone's filming this right now, I look like a monkey trying to like transport a water melt to the bottom of a pool. |
