She has a lot of energy and we go through her new book and her whole concept around the C student to C level.

And I'm a firm believer in C's get degrees in college. I was very much adamant about that because EQ is just the most important part, building relationships.

And Tammy walks me through all of the things around building relationships talks about some of the really cool companies that she's invested in.

And really walks me through just how education is the key to bridging the gap in entrepreneurship to get more women involved.

And also there is a huge metric that she drops in this episode that you definitely need to stick around to the end to listen to because it's in the trillions as to what happens if we do bridge the gap.

If female entrepreneurs got as much investment from the venture capital community as males, we would see a multi trillion dollar jump in our innovation.

And I think that it is such a cool way of viewing it and the idea that education is at the core of this makes me feel good makes me feel that we are doing something powerful here on the exit.

And it makes me really grateful to have someone like Tammy on the show.

All right, I am here with Tammy Holzman and she is an investor advisor and author and somebody who just wants to have some fun. How you doing, Tammy?

I'm good. And I said that I'm like, I just want to have some fun today. I mean, the, you know, we can always have roadblocks in our head of us.

But we need to remember the journey is just as important as anything else. And we need to have fun doing it. We need to find some joy.

Agreed. Agreed. Well, before we get into, you know, what you're working on now, let's talk about your background. What got you into business?

Well, I have a very unusual background because I started sort of in the creative field and I started in entertainment. I was a talent agent.
