And give me a little bit background about your life and how you made the decision to join multifamily.

Well, I mean, to start, I'm a father and a husband.

And we have a busy lifestyle.

We've been in residential real estate as realtors since 2005.

So always been around real estate. I live in Portland, Oregon, in Portlandia, where it's, you know, the laws and regulations have become crazy.

So we, years ago, we, we had, we always owned real estate, always had a, you know,

a condo or a single family residence. But with the law is changing, we decided around

2016 and 17 to try investing out of state. And so we invested in Kansas City with, you know, started with

single family before we knew anything. And just came to a point where it's hard to invest
